Cannes, France, 5 October 2010 - SK Telecom (NYSE: SKM), Korea's leading mobile operator, and mediapeers, which operates the world's largest online B2B marketplace for feature films and documentaries, today jointly announced the upcoming launch of Trade All ContentTM (TAC), an online B2B marketplace for video content. The two companies will come together in a strategic partnership to create Asia's first major web-based marketplace for buying and selling content.

TAC will be operated by both companies and target media professionals, allowing buyers to screen, license and acquire content that Asian sellers upload on the TAC website www.tradeallcontent.com, which will be in full operation starting November this year.

TAC is in line with SK Telecom's broader market initiative and ongoing strategic focus on convergence. The company expects the new content foray will result in synergies that will boost the growth of digital content in Asia.

"The strategic partnership with mediapeers builds on our ongoing convergence initiatives, which recently included the launch of Live in 3DTM, which is based on the convergence of the mobile technologies and the Internet," said Suh Sung Won, Executive Vice President, Head of New Media and Content Business at SK Telecom.

In forming the new partnership, announced today at the MIPCOM event, SK Telecom and mediapeers focused on the needs of the Asian media market. New media and independent production companies, in particular, are the initial focus of the alliance.

The advent of TAC will make search efficient and content acquisition easy. Prior to TAC, buyers searching for Asian content required extensive relationships with trusted media partners. Now buyers will have access to particularly Asian content and, through the mediapeers collaboration, over 55,000 titles from all over the world. Similarly TAC leverages over 1,500 existing professional relationships already established on the mediapeers' exchange so that Asian content sellers can easily upload metadata, screeners, and trailers to supplement their traditional marketing activities and gain instant access to the largest Internet-based B2B distribution channel in the world.

English and Korean language versions of the website will be available in November at the official launch of TAC. Chinese and Japanese language support for TAC will be added early 2011.
