Jeon Sang hwon, CEO and president of KEA gave the opening speech

Shanghai, November 3 - Asia Electronic Expo Shanghai 2010 (AEES2010) kicked off with a high note. So many people visited AEES 2010 to check all the new technologies and products.

With the start of opening ceremony, Jeon Sanghwon, president of KEA delivered the opening speech on behalf of 5 organization members of AEES.

He welcomed all the visitors in AEES 2010 and said, "Asia has become the central region for the world's electronics industry and the market is growing in its size and significance day by day. Especially, AEES, the alliance of electronics organizations of five Asian countries - China, Taiwan, Japan, Hong Kong and Korea - have organized joint exhibitions as from 2004, in order to cooperate and promote Asia's electronics industry.

He continued, "Recently, Asian electronics industry is expected to take a leading role for the world market. To enhance our competitive edge in the global market, We need to continue promoting our Asian values in the world."

We are anticipating welcome more number of visitors than ever. I'm very pleased to see the 11 percent increases in the scale of the exhibition compared to last year."

Soon, the cutting ceremony by the organizers from five countries was carried on.

Nine Muses, Korean idol group performed at AEES 2010

After the opening ceremony, a bustling crowd moved to Korean Pavilion. The Korean idol Group, Nine Muse started to amuse the visitors with their splendid performance. Right after, Taekwodo demonstration was performed as well.

All visitors also loved to look around the booths to see the advanced technologies. "It is fascinating to see all the products from the booths. I knew Korea is famous for efficient and advanced technologies but I didn't know this much they have got." A visitor from China said.

In short, it was the successful start for Korean Pavilion to show what they have got.
