The 3rd generation of the Apple iPod Shuffle is the smallest version yet, but some usability is sacrificed by the new size. There are no controls other then the power switch on the Shuffle itself. Instead, the controls are available on the proprietary headphones. The voice over feature is a new concept from Apple, reading the song titles and playlists names out to you.
