P51FDX is a high-performance semiconductor solution, that supports USB 2.0 high speed, and is equipped with a high-performance 8052 core that enables the use of a variety of peripheral equipment, such as NAND flash memory, SD card and USB audio.
PICOCEL also comes with 14bit ADC, which is an IC (P51LDI), equipped with a LDI, high-performance 8051 core. P51LDI consists of a built-in 14bit sigma-delta ADC, a 4com,*16seg. LDI and a high-performance 8051 microcontroller, so high precision measurement is possible. In addition, P51LDI supports the development-level external serial flash interface, the internal 16K bite mask room and the 8051 interoperable high-performance micro controller.
