Minnesota, USA March 23, 2011- These days, there does not seem to be 'home videos' anymore. Every moment we capture is edited and uploaded to share with our family, friends, and the rest of the world. It would not be surprising if there are more video uploads in a day than children being born. Indeed we have given birth to the 'video creating' generation. But what happens if you get bored with YouTube Obviously this is the most popular site to use; however, there are more options to try and I'll give you the reasons to do so!

Don't get me wrong, I love YouTube since it contains user-generated content of all kinds; often I discover clips that help set my mood for the rest of the day. I cannot look away from the images and sometimes freak-shows that are floating around out on YouTube. But is it possible that we are missing out on a lot of amazing videos because of the YouTube's massive size Although uploading can take some time, it may be wise to experiment with uploading on several sites to see where you receive the most views.

I must admit, I have not been a big part of the uploading madness. However, I understand the thrill of developing a script/story, filming the clips, putting them together, and adding additional 'bells and whistles' to keep it interesting. Also, who can say 'no' to getting acknowledged by the general public as being the next upcoming comedian, thrilling clip creator, or even amateur actor There are many success stories of people getting discovered on YouTube and pursuing their dreams. Again, no one can resist this 'revolving' door of opportunity. It is definitely a time to expand your wings and try out more sites to put your masterpieces to work for you!

If I catch more on to this trend, there are a few sites that I would consider; maybe you should also consider them if you are looking to broaden your horizons. Be daring and take a chance to do your video sharing somewhere you have not been before.
