TmaxSoft plans to release a new OS called Tmax Window, which will be completely compatible with Microsoft Windows, in July. The company will be listed on KOSDAQ in the first half of 2010 and on NASDAQ in the United States in 2011.
Tmax Window, also known as Korean-version Windows, will roll out in the public sector and B2B markets in the second half of this year. The company will also release Tmax Office, targeting the B2C market, beginning October.
