The two leaders are expected to hold substantive discussions on mutual economic cooperation at the summit talks on April 28, as South Korea has technology and experience necessary for Iraq's post-war reconstruction, Cheong Wa Dae said in a press release. During his four-day stay, the Iraqi leader will meet with local businessmen and receive an honorary degree from Korea University in Seoul for his role in building democracy in the conflict-ridden Middle Eastern country, according to Cheong Wa Dae.
