
Citibank Korea is providing support to the 2011 Women-Owned Enterprise Competitiveness Enhancement Program organized by Korea Small Business Institute (KOSBI) with a USD 260,000 grant from Citi Foundation.
The program aims at developing role models for women-owned small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and improving their competitive edge globally. Led by KOSBI, the 2011 program will focus on strengthening the competitiveness of women-led businesses on the international stage.
Citi has been supporting the program since 2007. Citi's grant will go towards supporting the Citi-KOSBI Women-owned Enterprise Academy, Citi-KOSBI Women Entrepreneurs' Award and networking activities among local and foreign women business owners.

The Citi Foundation globally works in areas such as microfinance, enterprise development, youth education and livelihoods, and financial capability and asset building. The Citi Foundation works with its partners in microfinance and enterprise development to support environmental programs.
