The United States (3-0) dominated South Korea on the glass, holding a 61-35 rebounding advantage.
"Thats what you have to do against smaller teams that are a little bit quicker," Green said. "Not that they were that much quicker than us, but those guys are fast. We used our size to pound it inside and hit the offensive rebounds and I think that played well to our advantage."
Team USA grabbed 23 offensive rebounds and scored 64 points in the paint.
"They were very fast," Green added. "I think we did a great job adjusting to it. Were going to have to do a better job of it when we face fast guys like those guys, keeping them in front of us. Overall, we played a pretty good game. We did some things well. We just have to correct the defensive end of the ball and well be fine."
The United States next plays Finland on Wednesday.
