The embassy of France held a reception to commemorative function to congratulate the International Day of Francophonie at the French ambassador's residence on March 21. In his speech, H.E. Francois Descoueyte said that French culture is both collective and individual, which, at its essence, is promoted and recreated ceaselessly between people communicating in French. The Day of Francophonie is held every year to promote French around the globe.
