The Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Energy in collaboration with the Korea Technology Transfer Center held a public hearing on technology transfer and commercialization facilitation March 15 at the Renaissance Hotel. An official of the Korea Technology Transfer Center said the significance of this program is to help smaller companies overcome the limits of their R&D resources, boost the technological capability of smaller companies and the core means to launch enterprises on a technology intensive basis.
