SEOUL, KOREA --- In order to help feed disadvantaged people in Songpa-gu, Seoul, Korea Communications Agency or KCA (www.kca.kr, president, Yang Yoo-seok) together with the farmers of Garumae town, Yangpeong, Gyeonggi, who are suffering from overproduction of Napa Cabbage. KCA bought all of the ingredients for making Kimchee, including Napa cabbages, and white radishes from Garumae town. They sent their results to four welfare facilities in Songpa-gu, Seoul.
