
SEOUL, KOREA --- Dow Corning Korea announced that it will be awarded the ‘USD 200 Million Export Tower’ recognition during the 48th Trade Day ceremony held today at COEX.
Dow Corning Korea supplies silicone sealants and silicone oil to major Asian markets, including China and Japan, as well as the US. Built on a steady export growth in locally-manufactured products, it became the first silicone maker in Korea to earn the USD 100 Million Export Tower in 2006. This year, it recorded USD 207.5 million in exports, up 12 percent from a year earlier, giving it the honor.
