HANNOVER, GERMANY — This year Deutsche Messe will be considerably extending the options for companies to participate in trade shows with a variety of sponsoring opportunities. To this end the company has set up a special unit to deal specifically with the diverse range of sponsoring opportunities in the first half of 2012. "The unique combination of trade show, conferences, keynote lectures, corporate events and lounges make our events the perfect platform for sponsors", says Marcus Eibach, Senior Vice-President Marketing at Deutsche Messe AG, Hannover. "Our exhibitors will find that our multi-faceted package will greatly enhance the efficacy of their own promotional activities as it addresses strategic target groups." This extensive package of sponsoring options will be put to the test for the first time at didacta, the trade fair for the education sector, from 14 to 18 February 2012. A whole range of sponsoring opportunities are available - from the exhibitors‘ evening reception, the education conference and press services to the exhibition program and the electronic visitor information system, each of which can help companies raise their profile at the trade fair and beyond.
CeBIT is the biggest international trade show for the digital industry worldwide. Taking place from 6 to 10 March 2012, the coming CeBIT will serve as a high-calibre international meeting-place for decision-makers and opinion leaders from every sector of industry, as well as representatives from the international business and political communities, visitors from more than 100 countries, and not least approx. 5,000 journalists from across the globe. "These figures are just one aspect - there are plenty of other reasons why sponsorship at CeBIT is especially attractive", explains Eibach: "Regardless of the goal pursued - whether information transfer, image promotion, getting the edge on the competition, reaching key target groups or cultivating contacts - CeBIT offers great opportunities and can help exhibitors access contacts and business opportunities."
Conferences, panel discussions and VIP events such as the opening ceremony with German Chancellor Angela Merkel provide numerous opportunities to stand out as a sponsor at CeBIT.
Similar opportunities for sponsoring present themselves at HANNOVER MESSE from 23 to 27 April - for example, visitor services and press services, as well as Metropolitan Solutions, the Night of Innovations, the German-Japan Business Forum, the Chief Executive Club, the Hermes Award, the opening ceremony and the special congress WoMen Power. All of these events provide companies with a unique opportunity to target their key business groups.
