Drawn in this great epoch of sophistication, making a name seems like a complicated riddle. Each has to find ways to stand out and let the world know of its existence.  The road to success is never easy. Prestige is never achieved overnight.  It’s a long painstaking process that only the fittest can survive in.

A Leap into Environmental Awareness

As the semiconductor industry has witnessed its 15-year journey from its humble beginnings towards the 21st century, Wooil Hightech continues to strengthen the industry by incessantly innovating equipment and critical components for the Semiconductor field.  It shaped the semiconductor industry like never before. In 1992, as a pioneer in the new renewable energy industry, the company provided and installed its solar module line for the first time in Korea. Two years later, Wooil began to run the saving-energy campaign by manufacturing a solar water heater.

Recently, Wooil Hightech has taken its second leap through their significant experiences and know-how by not only supplying equipment for Wet and Gas Process (Utility line) along with components such as Flow meters, Valves and Regulators for the semiconductor field but also contributing to environmental preservation by offering related equipment like VOC & PFC and Solar Module Equipment for renewable energy.

Wooil Tech’s Pride

Laminator

Wooil’s laminator is an important production line for lamination that is critical in the process of manufacturing PV Module. It places Cell String set-up by Lay-Up equipment onto Glass and Eva Film, then covers them with EVA Film and Back Sheet. Next in the process is the conditioning at high temperature and in a vacuum to produce a durable module.

Succeeding the early set-up options, the Tabbing machine solders the Bus Bar containing Lead Ribbon, coated by Crystalline Solar Cell and Silver-printed on the top and bottom. Finally, the Cell String goes through the final stage of quality analysis until it’s moved to the Tray.

The FW-1100 series comprises standard-type flow meters for small flow measurements where the wetted parts are constructed using 316 aluminum-anodized stainless bodies. It is suitable for DI water or corrosive gas and chemicals.

Tabbing machine

The air-operated FVA-1 or Manual valve FVM-1 is a compact diaphragm valve with its measurement ranging from 1/8" to 3/8". This durable valve can perform up to one million cycles with its wetted parts constructed with anticorrosive TEFLON, suitable for DI water or chemical process lines.

Mega Pump is an air-operated Double-Diaphragm Chemical Pump for CCSS and Wet process. The wetted parts and Diaphragm are made from PTFE which provides superior chemical resistance. The interior functioning parts do not have any metal material so it is perfectly safe from corrosion. Moreover, a long useful life is expected because of the exclusion of O-ring in the production of the pump parts.

The manual regulator controls the pressure in use for the chemical and DI water equipment. The FRM series can control a wide pressure range while the PTFE wetted parts are constructed particle-free. You can find more at www.wooilht.co.kr.

Wooil Hightech has been awarded the KOTRA Seal of Excellence since 2010.
