SEOUL, KOREA — IPAK(Information Technology Professional’s Association of Korea) held this year’s regular meeting at the office of Korea Federation of Banks on January 16th. IPAK’s representative cited ethical principles when the spokesperson finished his opening line. Chairman Mr. Cho Sung-kap warned in his introduction about changes in the Korean society and culture. He went on to insist that IPAK’s number one priority is to usher in the environment where software employees and seasoned IT professionals can feel deserved and may create a market where software developers can get a fair share.

The meeting then took time to offer a membership to each new member who joined IPAK this year. Afterwards, IPAK’s year-end and audit report followed, and the president of Election Management Committees Mr. Cho Doo-hyun awarded the 16th Chairman Mr. Cho with a discharge certificate. Soon he handed over an appointment to each of the 16th board members.



On the 16th, Mr. Cho Sang-gyu and Mr. Park Seung-hoon were reappointed as auditors. The attendees discussed and agreed to this year’s business plans and financial framework. They wrapped up the meeting after remembering the late Chairman Park Jong-hyun and his participation in the installation of his bronze bust with his family.
