SEOUL, KOREA — The government will provide USD 200,000 of humanitarian assistance to the Philippines that were hit with a 6.8-magnitude earthquake on February 6. The Philippine government announced on February 10 that the earthquake left 34 dead, 54 injured, 71 missing and victimizing 88,000.

Korea’s aid will be delivered in the form of relief supplies, including tents and sanitation goods, after consultations with the Korean diplomatic mission and the Philippine government.
