Lady Gaga, who is currently the most popular person on Twitter with 19 million followers, has launched her own social media site known as “Little Monsters.”This site will be used for fans to share videos and photos.
The site will be the headed by “Backplane,” a site cofounded by Gaga’s manager, Troy Carter. "Backplane is about bringing together communities and Gaga's community just so happens to be the community we're using to learn about proper functionality. We think we can really change the world,” said CEO Matt Michelsen, a CNN content partner.
Gaga has swept the charts and was also the first artist to hit 1 billion YouTube video views. All in all, Gaga has quite an eventful year planned with the start of her new site. Her world tour “Born This Way” will also commence in April in Seoul.
