After one year and seven months of construction, the CBS factory has an all-in-one production system covering the stages of processing, plating, and assembling CBS parts, among others, calipers, drum brakes, boosters, masters, and parking brakes. CBS is a hydraulic braking device designed to stop or reduce speed of a vehicle while driving.
In Slovakia, Hyundai Mobis built a module factory with an annual production capacity of 300,000 units and has supplied major module parts to Kia Motors’ European factories since 2006.
