The first stationery and office supplies industry event for 2013
The Hong Kong International Stationery Fair, the new year’s first industry event for stationery and office supplies will take place 7 – 10 January 2013 at the Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Centre.
Jointly organised by Messe Frankfurt (HK) Ltd and the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC), the 13th edition of the show is attracting nearly 220 exhibitors from 17 countries and regions.
Commenting on the upcoming exhibition, Mr Jason Cao, Senior General Manager for Messe Frankfurt (HK) Ltd said: “Exhibitors from Taiwan and Thailand are very supportive of the show and are again having pavilions at the show to display their trendy stationery and office supplies. In addition, we welcome the returning of Korean pavilion.”
Mr Benjamin Chau, Deputy Executive Director for HKTDC added: “Product zones for artist supplies, computer peripherals and related accessories and writing equipment will also make their debuts at this year’s show, in order to cater the developing trends. There will also be zones for children’s stationery & school supplies, gift stationery, office supplies, as well as paper & printing products.”
Hong Kong International Stationery Fair delivers new ideas and insights
One of the fair highlights will be the 4th Hong Kong International Stationery Fair,and entries will be displayed at Hall 1D Concourse. The winners are chosen based on originality, creativity, practicability, functionality, design quality (aesthetic and use of materials) and marketability. During the first and second show day, visitors can vote for ‘The Most Popular Award’ at the award entry display area.v The fair also offers advice on business development through various seminars such as “Stationery Trends and Market Opportunities in Europe and US” and “Stationery Product & Colour Trends in 2013” with speaker representing the colour expert, Pantone. These seminars will be held on the first day of the show.
The Hong Kong International Stationery Fair will be held concurrently with the HKTDC Hong Kong Toys & Games Fair, HKTDC Hong Kong Baby Fair and the HKTDC Hong Kong International Licensing Show.
