SEOUL, KOREA - On January 24, LG Electronics released a new Ultrabook (U560) that features a light weight of 1.9 kilograms despite being mounted with a 15.6-type large screen. The Ultrabook is mounted with an IPS panel that offers clear and natural color from any point of view.
As the top and the side of the LCD screen have a slim bezel design, the Ultrabook allows users to immerse more into the screen.
The Ultrabook features a newly-released 3G Core i5 3337U processor and an independent graphic card, thereby enabling users to enjoy 3D games without any problem.
The Ultrabook also employs a dual storage solution that can accommodate both a solid state drive (SSD) and a hard disc drive. The Ultrabook, accordingly, ensures a high usage speed and an ample storage space.
Despite its slim design, the Ultrabook is mounted with the same optical disc drive and the number keys as the ones used in general laptop computers.

LG전자, 15.6형 대화면 울트라북 출시
LG전자는 15.6형 대화면을 탑재하고도 1.9Kg에 불과한 무게로 휴대성을 높인 울트라북 신제품(U560)을 24일 출시했다.
이 제품은 어느 각도에서나 선명하고 자연스러운 색감을 구현하는 IPS 패널을 장착했다. LCD 상단과 측면을 슬림베젤로 처리해 화면 몰입감은 더욱 커졌다.
새롭게 출시한 3세대 코어 i5 3337U 프로세서와 독립형 그래픽카드를 장착해 고성능을 요구하는 3D게임도 무리 없이 즐길 수 있다. 이와 함께 솔리드 스테이트 드라이브(SSD)와 하드 디스크 드라이브(HDD)를 동시에 탑재할 수 있는 듀얼 스토리지 솔루션으로 빠른 사용속도는 물론 넉넉한 저장공간을 확보할 수 있다.
U560은 울트라북의 슬림한 디자인에도 일반 노트북과 동일한 광디스크 저장장치(ODD), 숫자 전용키 등을 탑재했다. 가격은 162만원(HDD 750GB 제공), 145만원이다.
