SEOUL, KOREA - Midong Electronics & Telecommunication (development and manufacturing) and Dooco (marketing and sales) said on February 4 that they would jointly launch a vehicle black box "Urive Albatross II." It is a follow-up model of the Albatross I, the top-of-the-line black box model that have been sold more than 200,000 units for the past 16 months.

The latest model is capable of supporting full HD 800x480 resolution for frontal and rear view, with the "Air Touch" feature that permits power on or off with a simple hand gesture. It also comes with the picture-in-picture function that users can flip between front and rear images easily with a finger drag.
Dooco president Kang Chang-dong said, "I can say with confidence that the Urive Albatross II is equipped with industry-best specs and user convenience. We will keep coming up with high-spec models that our customers will love." The model is available on Urive online shopping mall (www.urive.net) at 459,000 won.
