SEOUL, KOREA - ‘Smart Conduit’ management system utilizing virtual reality, augmented reality and Bluetooth has been released, enabling its users to manage the water supply system with their smartphones.
Chahoo (represented by Shin Chang-hoon) announced that it would launch smartphone application service of checking buried conduits and their risks before excavation work for water supply and drainage management. It is the first time to have such an application that allows its users to manage all underground pipes and valves without a conduit map.
When entering the construction information at the site, this application allows you to remotely check the progress through your mobile phone thanks to its real-time management server. Upon its installation, you can use the app right away. And it supports English, Chinese and Japanese. Without a paper map, you can check the construction section in 3D through your mobile gadget. And you can make a precise and comprehensive understanding of the section thanks to the augmented reality view. Other information such as distance to the adjacent conduit, material and depth can be retrieved as well.
스마트폰 앱으로 상수도 관리한다
가상현실·증강현실·블루투스 기술 등을 활용해 스마트폰으로 상수도를 관리할 수 있는 `스마트관로` 관리 시스템이 나왔다.
차후(대표 신창훈)는 스마트폰과 스마트패드로 상하수도와 같은 굴착 공사 시 매설 관로를 확인하고 위험 여부를 검사할 수 있는 서비스를 시작한다고 밝혔다. 도면없이 스마트폰으로 지하의 모든 파이프와 밸브를 관리하는 시스템이 나오기는 처음이다.
이 제품은 공사 현장에서 시공 정보를 입력하면 실시간 관리 서버로 원격지에서 공사 현황을 모바일로 확인할 수 있다. 앱을 설치하면 즉시 사용할 수 있고 영어·중국어·일본어 등을 지원한다.
별도 장비가 필요없어 구매와 자재 비용을 크게 줄일 수 있다. 종이 도면 없이 모바일로 공사 구간을 3D로 확인하고 증강현실(AR)뷰로 직관적 확인이 가능해 정확하고 종합적인 해석이 가능하다. 인접 관로 간 거리, 재질, 심도 등 정보 조회도 할 수 있다.
앱 푸시 기능으로 위기 상황이 발생하면 관리와 정보 요원에게 실시간 메시지를 발송하고 임의 지점에서 원하는 위치까지 거리와 방향을 직관적으로 이해할 수 있게 화면에 표시해 준다.
차후 측은 “지상 건축물 관리 플랫폼 시스템을 비롯해 다른 시설물 관리 플랫폼과 통합이 가능하며 효과적인 시공 이력과 자산 관리도 할 수 있다”고 말했다.
