SEOUL, KOREA – Samsung Electronics’ flagship smartphone “Galaxy S4” will be put on the global market at the end of next month.
Though Sam Mobile (www.sammobile.com) and some foreign newspapers on Tuesday reported that the Galaxy S4 was scheduled to be unveiled in New York on March 14, Samsung Electronics refused to officially confirm the news. Yet, as Samsung Electronics is reportedly busy putting the finishing touches to the Galaxy S4, the industry forecasts that the disclosure is highly likely to take place next month.
The Galaxy S4 is expected to become the cream of the crop this year. If the Galaxy S4 is out next month, two months earlier than the initial launch schedule, competitors like Apples are likely to change their strategies for the releases of their new smartphones. Some predicted that the launch of Apple’s next model will come sooner.
The Galaxy S4 is believed to sport an octo-core chip, a 4.99 inch full HD AM OLED display and a wireless charging system.
