SEOUL, KOREA - Samsung Electronics is planning to introduce its new HVAC products at ‘Climatizacion’, the world’s biggest HVAC exhibition to be held in Madrid, Spain from Feb. 26 to March 1 (local time).
Out of all participating companies, the local home appliances giant has set the largest booth with the size of 728㎡, showing its new HVAC products including a system air conditioner with high efficiency, named ‘DVMS’, a household air conditioner with intensified smart functions and a natural air cleaner, and next generation smart HVAC solutions such as ‘Zenith 2.0’ and Eco Heating System (EHS).
‘Zenith 2.0’, a building energy management system developed by the company, reduces energy used in a building by as much as 28.3% through energy-reducing algorithm, remote energy management system and mobile service.
EHS is an eco-friendly and energy-saving system of controlling heating and hot water.
The new system air conditioner of DVMS compresses the already-compressed refrigerant once more through a dual smart inverter.
“By introducing competitive and eco-friendly products with high energy efficiency and new HVAC solutions, we will lead the European HVAC market,” says Shin Dong-hoon, the managing director of Samsung’s home appliance division.

삼성전자가 현지시각 26일부터 내달 1일까지 스페인 마드리드에서 열리는 세계 최대 규모 공조기기 전시회인 `클리마티싸시온`에 신제품 라인업을 총출동시켜 유럽시장 공략에 나선다.
삼성전자는 참가업체 중 가장 큰 728㎡ 규모의 전시 부스를 마련했다. 고효율 시스템 에어컨인 DVMS, 스마트 기능을 강화한 가정용 에어컨, 자연 가습 청정기 등 공조제품과 차세대 스마트 공조 솔루션인 `제니스 2.0`과 에코히팅시스템(EHS)를 전시한다.
삼성전자의 독자적인 빌딩 에너지관리시스템인 제니스 2.0은 에너지 저감 알고리즘과 원격에너지관리시스템, 모바일 서비스를 통해 빌딩에서 사용되는 에너지를 최대 28.3%까지 절감해준다.
EHS는 친환경, 에너지절감에 부합하는 난방·온수제어 시스템이다.
삼성 시스템에어컨 DVMS는 듀얼 스마트 인버터를 통해 압축된 냉매를 한 번 더 압축한다. 냉매를 효율적으로 사용하는 고효율 이단 압축기술(Vaper Injection)과 기존 140㎐에서 160㎐로 개선한 압축기 증속기술이 적용됐다. 콤팩트한 외관을 유지하면서도 최고 20마력까지 냉난방 용량을 확대한 것이 강점이다.
신동훈 삼성전자 생활가전사업부 상무는 “에너지효율을 높인 경쟁력있는 친환경 제품과 스마트 공조 솔루션을 지속적으로 선보이며, 유럽 공조시장 선두로 도약하겠다”고 밝혔다.
클리마티싸시온은 스페인 마드리드에서 격년으로 열린다. 40개국에서 1700여개 공조업체가 참여하고 5만여명이 방문하는 세계 최대 공조기기 전문 전시회다.
