SEOUL, KOREA – FORCS, a Korea-based e-business solution developer, said Sunday it struck a partnership agreement with Japan’s Kissco, specializing in SI (system integration) and software, to soup up the sale of its e-document development solution “OZ e- Form” in Japan.
Kissco, a company that offers consulting services related to e-biz system building and develops and supplies software, has overseas subsidiaries in the US and Korea. Under the contract, the FORCS OZ e-Form will be bundled as part of Kissco’s other software.
“We have signed a partnership with Kissco Japan packed with local distribution channels in order to ramp up the FORCS OZ e-Form’s overseas market entry. We expect our joint sales marketing, based on each company’s pool of corporate customers, and technological cooperation would create synergetic effects,” said FORCS CEO Cho Jong-Min.

포시에스, 일본 키스코사와 파트너 계약 체결
포시에스(대표 조종민)는 일본 시스템통합(SI)•소프트웨어(SW) 전문 업체인 일본 키스코(대표 오니츠카 마사노부)와 전자문서 개발 솔루션 OZ의 일본 영업 활성화를 위한 파트너 계약을 체결했다고 24일 밝혔다.
키스코는 기업 대상 e비즈니스 시스템 구축 컨설팅과 SW를 개발•공급하는 업체로 한국과 미국에 지사를 두고 있다. 이번 계약으로 포시에스의 전자문서 개발 솔루션 `OZ e-Form`을 자사 제품에 번들로 공급한다.
조종민 포시에스 대표는 “현지 영업망을 보유하고 있는 일본 키스코사를 공식 파트너로 영입해 OZ의 해외시장 진출을 본격화 할 수 있게 됐다”며 “양사 고객사를 기반으로 공동 영업과 기술적인 제휴 등 다양한 시너지 효과를 기대할 수 있을 것”이라고 밝혔다.
