SEOUL, KOREA - Hyundai Motor held a new car presentation for its brand-new New Tucson ix in Seoul on May 2. With a distinguished style, New Tucson ix features splendid interior and exterior designs and unrivaled product competitiveness.
The New Tucson ix is applied with Hyundai Motor's unique hexagonal wing type radiator grille, and new types of HID head lamp and LED positioning lamp, thereby realizing a strong and powerful image.
The New Tucson ix also adopts a flex steering wheel, first among the same-class sedans, that comes in three modes—comfort, normal and sports.
The New Tucson ix is mounted with a Nu 2.0 GDi engine that has a maximum output of 166 hp and a maximum torque of 20.9 kg.m. In addition to the 2W diesel model, a gasoline model is newly added. The gasoline model features a high economic value with a combined fuel efficiency of 10.3 kilometers per liter.
