Seoul, Korea -TOBESOFT announced on March 12th that it completed the implementation of the UI for Communication Development Fund Management System at Korea Communications Agency, using its UX platform, Xplatform.
The Fund Management System is divided into two sub-systems of Fund Management System and Business Management System. Since the Business Management System is also used by the sponsored users from universities and research labs, it is important to design and build the user interface so as to the external users can easily access and use the system.
TOBESOFT implemented the system UI using the HTML5 version of Xplatform, so that there will be no huddle between the system and users on different web browsers. The intra-agency system built by the runtime version of Xplatform provides high work efficiency and user convenience by interfacing the internal systems including the ERP, e-documents and researcher registration to the external systems.
Korea Communications Agency expects the sophisticated UI will bring many advantages to its operation, such as accurate and transparent execution of its businesses and improved service competitiveness.

The systems heavily used by users from inside and outside, such as the financial institutions and public offices will be at a great advantage by using Xplatform.”
투비소프트, 엑스플랫폼으로 방송통신발전기금관리 시스템 구축
투비소프트(대표 김형곤)는 한국방송통신전파진흥원(KCA) 방송통신발전기금관리시스템 사용자화면(UI)을 UI〃사용자경험(UX) 플랫폼 `엑스플랫폼` HTML5 버전으로 구축했다고 12일 밝혔다.
한국방송통신전파진흥원 방송통신발전기금관리시스템은 기금관리시스템과 사업관리시스템으로 구성된다. 사업관리시스템은 각급 대학과 연구소 등 기금집행 과제를 추진하는 외부 사용자들이 쉽고 편하게 접근•활용하도록 하는 것이 중요하다.
투비소프트는 어떤 웹 브라우저에서도 사업관리시스템에 접근하는 데 문제가 없도록 엑스플랫폼 HTML5 버전으로 시스템 UI를 구축했다. 엑스플랫폼 런타임 버전으로 구축된 전자결재, 전사자원관리(ERP), 과학기술인 등록번호발급 등 내부 시스템은 국가과학기술지식정보서비스(NTIS), 기업신용정보 등 외부 시스템과 연동돼 업무 효율성과 사용자 편의성을 높였다.
한국방송통신전파진흥원은 UI 고도화로 해당 업무 정확성과 투명성 확보, 기금 관리 관련 서비스 경쟁력 개선을 기대하고 있다.
김형곤 투비소프트 대표는 “엑스플랫폼은 HTML5 기반으로 내부 임직원과 외부 사용자 모두를 만족시키는 UI 구축이 가능하다”며 “내부 임직원과 외부 고객 모두를 고려한 시스템이 필요한 금융권과 공공기관에서 큰 효과를 볼 수 있다”고 말했다.
