SEOUL, KOREA - A reward-based mobile advertising platform AdLatte is making forays into four Asia-Pacific countries, including Australia, Taiwan, Singapore, and Vietnam. AppDisco, the company that runs AdLatte, announced on May 23 that it will launch into Asia-Pacific regions following its foray into Japan in 2011.
AdLatte is a service that allows users to earn cash or points to purchase goods by watching advertising messages. At present, AppDisco runs two branches in Australia and Taiwan. For Vietnam and Singapore, the company plans to provide sales and marketing services through partnership with local companies.
The four countries have rapidly growing smartphone populations and a high level of acceptance for IT trends. Mobile reward advertising platform markets are in the initial stage of foundation there.
