SEOUL, KOREA - SundayToz, one of Korea's leading social mobile game developers, plans to go for listing itself on the KOSDAQ over the counter market. The company is famous for its casual puzzle game Anipang.
Hana Green SPAC declared to absorb SundayToz on May 30. The merger is slated to be implemented on October 14 at a merger ratio of 1:13.0386326. SundayToz would do a back-door listing on the KOSDAQ over the counter market after the merger plan is approved at Hana Green SPAC's shareholders meeting on September 9.
With its popular game Anipang which achieved cumulative downloads of 25 million, SundayToz posted sales of 23.8 billion won and a net profit of 7.6 billion won last year.
In addition to the game business, the company is expanding its business turf toward a variety of character business.
