I heartily congratulate the Korea IT Times on the occasion of its third anniversary. The Times has spearheaded the efforts to provide professional knowledge and information on Korea's IT sector and informed the world about the nation's rapid progress. The Korea IT Times has played a leading role in conveying the latest tendency and news related to the IT industry and in expanding interest of the society for the last three years. I think efforts and will of the Times during the period has made a contribution for developing IT-related industries and improving the environment. As the nation's representative English language journal, the Korea IT Times is expected to let the world know the dynamic activities of the nation's IT industry, and the nation's status, and to become a stage of interchange sharing information with the world citizens. In addition, I hope the journal to be reborn as a media outlet leading the IT sector by exerting a positive influence on the nation's economy and life from diverse viewpoints.
