LambdaStream, the Interactive Personal TV Company, has entered into a technology alliance with Innoxius Technologies to jointly develop mobile TV in Asia. The deal strengthens LambdaStream's position in the International mobile TV market

LambdaStream is a leading provider for multimedia delivery and interactive TV. It is strengthening its position in the International mobile TV market by reaching agreements with key strategic partners around the world.

The Spanish company has concluded a deal with Innoxius Technologies, a mobile TV technology provider and integrator in Singapore, to distribute LambdaStream's Electronic Programming Guide for mobile TV, Antares, and its Video on demand platform VoDKA. This VoD platform allows broadcasters and operators to offer both broadcast and 3G mobile TV services, opening the door to the most advanced interactive services through mobile terminals, like Time-Shift TV or Catch up TV.

With this agreement, LambdaStream reinforces its International presence. The company is taking part in the first commercial DVB-H network in the Russian Federation and the second in the world, with up to 15 TV channels.

LambdaStream is carrying out an ambitious expansion plan with the opening of several international offices in Madrid, Russia, Singapore and the Middle East. The company is in talks with several private investors and capital risk funds to admit new shareholders, in a process to be completed by May or June.

LambdaStream, the Interactive Personal TV company, is a leading technology provider for Mobile TV, Internet TV, IPTV & Cable, Broadcast TV and Billboard TV. Innoxius Technologies is a mobile television base-station manufacturer. It was recently awarded the Red Herring Asia 100 for its innovative development in its DVB-H transmission solution.
