SM5 Renault Samsung's SM5 has consolidated its place as the representative brand of the medium-sized car market. It is loved by consumers for its excellent safety record and is utilized as a premium family sedan with the smoothest ride.
The SR-II engine fitted into the SM5 shows the best acceleration and fuel efficiency befitting a mid-sized car. Moreover, the SR-II engine was designed to be environmentally friendly to be able to cope with more strict exhaust regulations.
Renault Samsung officials said that the company has greatly improved acceleration performance and durability by including a large-capacity 265 Nm transmission, enhancing its practicality as an economic middle-sized sedan. H45 Show Car The new concept crossover H45 Show Car has been developed through joint design work between Renault Group, Renault Samsung Motors and Nissan, according to Renault Samsung officials.
They explain: "The Koleos Concept was a European export model at the Paris Motor Show last year. A new model to be presented through this 2007 Seoul Motor Show is the H45 Show Car, which is expected to be the fourth car model of Renault Samsung Motors in the years to come."
Koleos Concept is equipped with a strong and sporty exterior, convenient and wide indoor space and diverse convenient functions as a car for daily life and leisure.
On top of that, state-of-the-art equipment such as Hill Start Assist (HSA) technology and Electronic Traction Control (ETC) was included in this concept car.
This H45 Show Car stresses differentiated space utilization and convenience in a modern and future-oriented construction.
In a word, Renault's upto-the-minute concept car Altica is Renault's representative concept car, madeby utilizing the latest technology from the Renault-Nissan alliance.
The Altica improved fuel efficiency by applying Aero Dynamic, which minimizes air resistance by controlling air flow according to car speed. Aero Dynamic is a state-of-theart technology the world observes.
Together, the Renault Zone will display a miniature concept car with a theme of My First Renault so that visitors can see capable Korean designers' unlimited imagination and creative power.
