Jaguar and Land Rover Korea open to the public at the Seoul Motor Show 2007, including the Jaguar XKR Convertible, the XJ 2.7D and the Land Rover Discovery 3 G4 Special Edition which are presented for the first time in Korea.
Jaguar displays the high powered XKR convertible for the first time at this forthcoming 2007 Seoul Motor Show, which will show the powerful traveling performance Jaguar holds. As a high powered version of the XK launched in Korea September of last year, the Jaguar XKR convertible boasts the strongest engine at 420 horsepower and the largest torque at 57.1kgm/4,000rpm. XKR also has unique engine sound created by sound engineering technology.
Jaguar also shows off a full lineup of both style and explosive power including a diesel XJ which recently won the Best Luxury Car Award from Fleet World in the category of luxury sports sedan.
The XJ 2.7D is forecast to boost the level of the premium diesel sedan market even more at home by eliminating the diesel engine's characteristic noise and vibration. The Jaguar XJ 2.7D is also planning to publicly launch at home during the first half of the year.
Land Rover, which spearheads the luxury SUV market, is scheduled to showcase a new 2007-model of its Range Rover.
The Land Rover Discovery 3 G4 Special Edition is expected to offer motor show visitors with a spectacular event as the car opens for the first time at home to the public.
This Discovery 3 Special Edition Model, which is colored Tangiers orange, fits side molding for protection and a roof rack for the best off road performance.
What's more, a new diesel Range Rover (Sport) is opened to the public at this 2007 Seoul Motor Show, showing the greatest power, sporty design and economic efficiency, according to Jaguar Land Rover officials.
On top of that, Land Rover holds a 4WD Trial Ride Event by providing visitors with models of the cars such as Land Rover Discovery3 Diesel so that motor show visitors can test-drive a total of 7 courses.
Jaguar Land Rover officials said: "They hope the forthcoming Seoul Motor Show will serve as a momentum to be able to acquaint motor show visitors with Jaguar Land Rover's excellent power, design, and pursuing direction widely."
