Especially, Korea has been famous as a test bed for the world's major corporations to test, in advance, the global marketability of the latest products and the latest technologies. This is because there is a lot of interest in high-tech IT products in the country and the reactions of the consumers are quick. Hence, it is anticipated that during the Seoul exhibition Korea's major IT corporations and prominent global IT corporations will introduce their highest technologies and products at the exhibition.
In the year 2008, the Korea Association of Information and Telecommunication will have over 800 global IT corporations participate. It will include products in all the fields related to information technology and communication. It will strengthen the scale and content even more and, therefore, develop the KIS into the representative exhibition of Asia that is tantamount to CeBIT and CES.
