SEOUL, KOREA - Hyundai Motor’s New Genesis and BMW New 5 series were named as the best new cars for the second half of this year, according to a survey conducted by a used car specialist SK EnCar.
The survey was conducted with 533 adults through SK EnCar website, Twitter, and Facebook.
As many as 38.8 percent of the respondents picked Hyundai Motor’s New Genesis as the best new car among domestically-made cars.
Following New Genesis was Renault Samsung’s QM3 with 17.4 percent and Ssangyong Motor’s New Korando C with 9 percent. Among import cars, BMW New 5 Series facelift model came on top with 22.3 percent, followed by Benz New S Class with 12.8 percent and BMW New X5 with 12.6 percent.
Meanwhile, Kia Motors’ All New Soul was named as the worst car among domestic models by 20.3 percent of the respondents.
