SEOUL, KOREA - Samsung Electronics is expected to release Galaxy S5 and a wearable device within March or April this year. According to industry sources, Galaxy S5, the 2014 version of its strategic smartphone model Galaxy S series, is likely to be launched together with a wearable device.
Samsung Electronics has released the 4.9 or 5.0-inch smartphone Galaxy S series models sometime in April of every year and the Galaxy Note series that is mounted with a pen and a 5.5-inch screen, in September.
The new products that will be released within the first half of this year will be Galaxy S5 and an upgraded version of wristwatch-type smart device Galaxy Gear.
