SEOUL, KOREA - BMW Korea rolled out a premium compact size coupe “BMW New 2 Series Coupe” on March 6.With this, BMW’s all lineups ranging from 1 series to 7 series are fully established.The model that was released earlier in Korea than other countries was New 220d Coupe M Sports Edition.

New 220d Coupe M Sports Edition is appointed with an eight-speed automatic transmission, a Dakota leather-finished sports seat, and an aluminum interior trim.

Compared to the 1 Series Coupe, this model features a bigger frame and more ample indoor space. Its length and width are increased by 72mm and 26mm, respectively. The capacity of the trunk is also increased by 20 liters up to 390 liters.

Mounted with a BMW Twin Power Turbo Diesel Engine with a displacement of 2.0 liters, the model boasts a maximum output of 184hp and a maximum torque of 38.8kg.m. It takes only 7.1 seconds to reach the speed of 100km from standstill.
