People Power, the creator of Presence, which turns iOS devices into remotely monitored video cameras and smart home management solutions, announces today its new automatic video tweeting feature as one of many within the free version of Presence, and in the new Presence Pro Video premium subscription option.
Upgraded features include longer video recordings and increased video cloud storage in both versions. Presence Pro Video gives users 2 GB of storage and recordings 60-times longer than the previous free version -- up to 5-minutes per motion detection event. Both include customizable notifications and adjustable motion sensitivity to better detect movements.
“We created automatic live video tweeting from the app -- the first of its kind in the world -- to give Presence users the easiest way to stream content to their Twitter followers. Paired with the motion detection video features of Presence, this new way of communicating is very exciting,” said Gene Wang, CEO of People Power. “We have launched Presence Pro Video for our avid users and are pleased to deliver an affordable way for them to access even more advanced features as they protect the people and things they love the most.”
Presence users are notified each time motion is detected from a pet, person or vehicle, for instance. The new adjustable motion detection sensitivity feature allows users to set a minimum or maximum size that triggers the recording to begin, improving the relevance of alerts sent to the user. Users can adjust time between recordings and set recording lengths, up to one minute for Presence and five for Presence Pro or until motion stops.
