SEOUL, KOREA - Nexen Tire announced on May 23 that it will take part in the international tire exhibition Reifen 2014 which is scheduled to be held in Essen, Germany. According to Nexen Tire, Reifen is Europe’s largest tire and parts trade show which has been held bi-annually since 1960.

 

Reifen 2014 is scheduled to be open for four days from May 27 to 30, attended by as many as 660 tire and parts makers from 44 countries worldwide.

During this exhibition, Nexen Tire will display a total of 21 tire products and seven mini tires, including newly developed premium tires. The Korean company will divide its booth into four zones—PCR, SUV/LT, winter, and OE.

On May 27 and 28, Nexen Tire will invite local dealers and journalists to present three new products—N’blue HD Plus, Winguard Snow G, and Winguard WT1.

Nexen Tire, which supplied original equipment tires to Volkswagen Polo last year, is expanding its OE tire supplies in Europe. A Nexen Tire official said, “We will continue to strive to enhance our brand value in Europe through strenuous technology development efforts and various marketing events.”
