The fourth company in the Top Five is easily the most entertaining - after all it is an entertainment content company. Visitors to G-Fair Mumbai were entranced by the big black box in Redrover's booth. Inside the box is what made us choose Redrover as one of the Top Five of the G-Fair Mumbai.
The big black box in the Redrover booth was a True3Di stereoscopic LCD monitor. This 3D monitor was of the old school - ones that require passive polarized glasses in order to see properly. There are no headache-inducing quasi-3D effects here, but true 3D inside a black box.
It was also entertaining for those passing by the booth, as visitors could often be seen crowding around each other, all wearing bright yellow polarized glasses and looking at things no one else could make out. The company describes its own product as "True3Di has the highest resolution and widest viewing angle amongst many other 3D stereoscopic monitors. It also comes in many different sizes. It has never been this easy. Just a push of a button, users can switch back and forth in 2D and 3D for any kind of purpose."
While Redrover was in Mumbai to test out the appeal of its 3D monitor, the company doesn't just produce one product. It has a dizzying array of 3D-related technologies including 3D camera mounts custom-designed to produce 3D content. It also sells 3D medical image systems which are designed to allow medical professionals to see extremely small objects with depth, increasing the potential for solutions to be found. It also produces 3D stereoscopic projectors. It even produces, 3D animation content, air force simulators, and even museum displays. If there anything going on that is 3D, the company does it.

The response to the Redrover booth at G-Fair Mumbai was extremely positive. Along with the TurboSonic booth, this is one of the booths where the VIP guests stopped to play around. Many inquiries about potential business partnerships were undoubtedly made, and the representative of Redrover Mr. Kim Ji-ho met with many potential buyers.
Redrover takes a different approach to 3D imaging. While traditional 3D techniques either lower the display resolution of an image in order to overlay two 3D images together, or only display one image at a time at a very fast framerate, Redrover actually uses a 2-layered LCD panel which increases the resolution of the image and is much easier on the eyes. It produces an image that is crystal clear, 3D, and entrancing.
Redrover specializes in 3D animation and hardware, while its affiliate Toonbox Entertainment Group, founded in Canada, produces 3D animation. It is a good example of an international company that is never satisfied with its presence and is always increasing its customer base, and that is why it was chosen as one of the Top Five.
