The company started in Malaysia in 1984 with a small team and has grown to a staff of over 1500 worldwide. ESCATEC now has 5 manufacturing facilities in Malaysia and a manufacturing and design centre in Switzerland.

Swiss-owned, ESCATEC prides itself on a very low staff turn over. Nine of the original founding team are still working for the company.
