TOKYO, JAPAN - transcosmos inc. has agreed to form a capital and business alliance with SAHA GROUP.
transcosmos’s 100% subsidiary company that has been developing businesses in Thailand, transcosmos (Thailand) Co., Ltd. receives capital from SAHA GROUP, while transcosmos retains majority shareholding.
SAHA GROUP is one of the largest and prominent conglomerate in Thailand.
They specialize in total consumer materials and goods field, and have established approximately 80 joint venture business alliances with Japanese corporations such as Lion, Wacoal, Gunze, Itokin, Tsuruha and Lawson to name a few.
In addition, the Group’s core business holds companies, whose businesses are logistics and sales of consumer goods such as daily necessities, general merchandise, cosmetics and apparel.
