TOKYO, JAPAN - transcosmos inc. has partially acquired outstanding shares of Shopex Software’s holding company and reached an agreement to tie a capital and business partnership with Shopex.
Shopex is a leading E-Commerce company in China which develops and sells solutions and systems for computers, mobile, and O2O. Since its establishment in 2004, it has experienced implementation of approximately 1.5million electronic solutions and systems and has a top-class share in E-Commerce store front systems.
transcosmos will be collaborating with Shopex in a wide array of businesses such as jointly developing an E-Commerce system for the Chinese market with Shopex as a partner to boost “Global E-Commerce One-Stop Services” promoted by transcosmos.
