SEOUL, KOREA - Samsung Electronics will release Galaxy Note 4, the latest version of its large-screen smartphone, first in Korea.
After releasing it first in Korea through three major telecom companies on September 26, Samsung will release it in about 140 countries worldwide until October. The Galaxy Note 4 will have the retail price of 957,000 won.
Samsung will release the Galaxy Note 4 in China, first among foreign markets, which is the world’s largest smartphone market. The company held the “Galaxy Note 4 World Tour 2014” event at its headquarters building in Seoul on September 24.
The Galaxy Note 4 is the 4G model of the Galaxy Note line which enjoyed worldwide popularity primarily thanks to its large-screen display and S-pen function.
Since it was revealed first at the IFA 2014 which was held in early this month in Berlin, the Galaxy Note 4 has attracted huge attention worldwide.
