SEOUL, KOREA - Hankook Tire announced on October 20 that it signed an agreement with BMW Group Korea for exclusive tire supply to the BMW Driving Center in Yeongjong Island, Incheon.Under the terms of the agreement, Hankook Tire will have an exclusive right to supply tires for the trial vehicles at the BMW Driving Center until 2016.
The BMW Driving Center is a multi-purpose auto culture facility which accommodates a driving track and a gym park.
Hankook Tire will supply six types of advanced tires, including a 3G run-flat tire Ventus S1 Evo 2 Run-flat, an ultra-high performance tire Ventus S1, and a Ventus RS-3.
AHankook Tire official said, “On the back of our experience of supplying original equipment tires to BMW vehicles, we now garnered the exclusive right to supply our tires to the BMW Driving Center. We will continue to make efforts to enhance our technologies and brand awareness, while pursuing to solidify our partnership with the premium vehicle brand.”
