ATLANTA, GA - Brickstream, the in-store analytics market leader, announced today that it has acquired the fast-growing location analytics company NOMi. Together, the company now dominates the market with the largest number of global deployments, partner network, application suite, and offering of smart devices.

This integrated platform provides the most complete view of the customer journey across both digital and in-store channels. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

"With more than 100,000 smart devices installed globally, Brickstream has a significant lead over competitors. The addition of NOMi's rich software suite will enhance and accelerate the adoption of location analytics within our customer base," said Brickstream CEO Steve Jeffery. "We were very impressed with NOMi's market traction in under 2 years; together we are now the largest player with the most complete offering for retailers."

"This deal represents the natural evolution of a tremendously successful partnership. In the past 3 months alone, NOMi and Brickstream have jointly signed and deployed 27 new clients. That number will grow exponentially thanks to Brickstream's global network of 50 channel partners covering 65 countries," said NOMi CEO Marc Ferrentino.

Brickstream and NOMi's products deliver the industry's most comprehensive platform to measure, analyze and optimize every aspect of the in-store experience in order to offer more convenience and personalized service. The combined solution enables retail decision-makers to enhance the customer experience wherever it occurs -- online and in stores.

"This acquisition is a game changer for the in-store analytics market. Brickstream's market momentum, superior solution and global scale outpaces all other players in the market. They are the one to beat," says Geoffrey Moore, author of Crossing the Chasm, The Gorilla Game, and Inside the Tornado.
