SEOUL, KOREA - Samsung Electronics andLG Electronics are set to win a large number of CES Innovation Awards at theworld’s largest consumer electronics show CES 2015 which is scheduled to be heldin January 2015 in Las Vegas.
The ConsumerElectronics Association (CEA), the organizer of the CES Show, announced onNovember 5 that a total of 36 products made by Samsung Electronics will receivethe CES Innovation Awards.
The award-winningproducts include 11 TV models, three monitors, three smartphones, twowearables, two tablets, four semiconductors, three home electronics items, and twoprinters.
LG Electronics will collecta total of 10 CES Innovation Awards, including four in TV category, two in IT,and four in home electronics.
The CES 2015 is slatedto be held from January 6 to 9, 2015. Samsung and LG will set up large-sizedbooths at the Las Vegas Convention Center where they will display a variety ofindustry-leading technologies and services, including the award-winningproducts.
