
Seoul Korea - LG U+ plans to sell Chinese smartphone, first among Korea’s big three telecom companies. The mobile service operator announced on December 1 that it will start selling Huawei’ssmartphone“X3” from December 2.
LG U+ has been selling the X3 through its MVNO subsidiary MediaLog since October and now decided to sell it directly.The X3 is mounted with a 5-inch full HD (1920 x 1080) display, with its front and rear camera having 5 mega- and 13 megapixels, respectively.
The X3 is appointed with Kirin 920 Octa-core processor designed by Huawei’s fabless subsidiary Hi Silicon.
The X3 supports broadband LTE-A, which is three times faster than LTE. The X3 will be available at the price of 330,000 won.Taking the subsidies into consideration, customers could buy it less than200,000 won.
