Seoul Korea - Lotte Mart will open its tenth store in Vietnam on December 18. The newest store will be located in Tan BinhDistrict in Ho Chi Minh City. The new location in Vietnam will become Lotte Mart’s 264th global store out of Korea.
Tan Binh is a densely populatedarea with about 760,000 people and 190,000 families. Being adjacent to Tan Son Nhat International Airport, it has many industrial and commercial facilities within the jurisdiction.
With a floor space of 6,076 square meters, the Tan Binh store will be located on the first and second floor of the 15-story building Pico Plaza.
The first floor will be packed with stores which are for fresh produce shopping, while fashion and home electronics shops will be accommodated on the second floor.
The Tan Binh store also offers a large parking lot which can accommodate 130 vehicles and 1,300 motorbikes.
Lotte Mart will also open the K-Hit Plaza on the first floor of the store, aimed at promoting the sales of the products produced by Korea’s promising small- and medium-sized enterprises.
